HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Our collection is plated in 14k and 18k gold.  Gold plated jewelry will naturally turn over time, to learn how to prolong the life of your piece please visit our jewelry care page.

my jewelry arrived damaged, what do i do?

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@byrendor.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.

when is the next rendor collection launching?

Every Friday, new items will be added to our collection! Be sure to follow us on Instagram at @byrendor to catch our weekly drops.

Can i add to my order?

We cannot add items to an existing order.

how do i cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@byrendor.com. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.

can i get a refund for my order?

RENDOR will charge a $10 fee for return and processing on all orders. This will cover the return label and inventory management.
